After we’ve completed a site analysis, established a preliminary budget and have a general idea of what you wish to accomplish with your custom dream home, we’ll begin to finalize specific design and floor plan ideas, analyzing your needs, wants and wishes along with the costs and benefits of various options.

Working in tandem with your architect and interior designer, we’ll begin developing a final working budget, value-engineering as required or desired. As part of this process, you’ll begin making design selections for such things like lighting, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, fixtures, appliances, structural options, trim and landscaping. There are many decisions to make at this time, but we’ll walk you through each one of them. This will allow us to create a final working budget with proper allowances for all selections.

With our detailed plans and budget in hand, we’ll create a build schedule that incorporates every phase of construction of your new custom home including excavation, foundation, framing, rough-in, drywall, trim, walkthroughs and more.

Building a new custom home typically takes anywhere from 6 to 18 months to complete, depending upon the size and complexity of the home.
